Albavoy
Software for luxury travel agencies, built by Lumanaire
We built Albavoy, software for luxury travel agencies, destination management companies and independent advisors. It keeps the agency’s book of clients and clubs, runs each trip from its legs to its guest roster, and gives the agency a website of its own, where enquiries come straight back to the desk. Kent World Travel’s website runs on it.

From the client book to the enquiry that comes back to it. Tap a stage to jump to it.
The black book
Albavoy keeps the agency’s clients the way the trade thinks of them. Couples travel together, clubs are accounts, and notes stay on each client’s record. The pipeline counts the commission the agency earns, not the gross.

Two clients can be linked as a travelling couple.
Clubs have records of their own, beside the clients.
What the team knows about a client stays on their record.
Deals move through stages, and each shows the commission it should earn.
The trips
Each trip has its own desk: an overview, its legs, a day by day itinerary, the guest roster, flights and registrations. Trips and their itineraries move from draft to published.
A trip is set out in legs, each with its place and its dates.
The itinerary runs day by day, item by item.
Each trip, and each version of its itinerary, carries one of the three.
Booking forms, passports and deposits, guest by guest.
Each traveller’s flights are kept on the trip they belong to.
What a trip should earn is tracked against what is paid after it.
The agency’s own site
The agency gets a website at its own address, in its own colours and with its own logo. Kent World Travel’s is at kent-world-travel.albavoy.com. On the page itself, Albavoy is one line in small type at the foot: Powered by Albavoy.
An address with the agency’s name in it.
The site takes its palette and logos from the agency’s brand settings.
About, destinations, the hosts and an enquiry form.

Enquiries
On the agency’s site, a traveller says where they would like to go and who is coming. The enquiry lands in the agency’s admin, where the team marks it new, contacted, closed or archived.
New, contacted, closed and archived. The team can change the status of an enquiry, and nothing else in it.
The form limits how often it can be sent, and sets aside bots before they reach the team.
The form tells the traveller their details are used only to reply to the enquiry.
