The Practice Hub
Pilates studio hire in Cape Town

A Pilates room in Cape Town, booked by the hour.

We built the booking site for The Practice Hub, one fully equipped Pilates room that instructors and instructors in training hire by the hour. It shows the room and who it is for, sets out the memberships and hourly packs in credits, one credit for one hour, and gives every visitor a month calendar of the room’s free hours.

Find the room

One room, and who it is for.

The home page says what The Practice Hub is in its first lines: one fully equipped Pilates room in Cape Town that instructors book by the hour to practise, teach their own private clients, rehearse a class and film. Then it says who the room is for.

Who the room is for, on the home page on a phone: qualified instructors, instructors in training, teachers seeing a private client, and anyone rehearsing or filming a class
  • Who it is for

Qualified instructors, instructors in training, teachers seeing a private client, and anyone rehearsing or filming a class.

  • An hour is exclusive

Nobody else is booked into the room during your hour, and the page says so plainly.

  • What is in the room

A Cadillac, reformers, a chair, barrels and mats, listed on the home page.

  • Study resources beside it

Class plans and cheat sheets on their own Resources tab, which the home page says come with a membership.

Choose a membership

Three monthly passes, each on its own card.

On 13 October 2026 the memberships page set out three monthly passes, each a set number of hours a month: 20 hours with all the equipment, 15 hours on the reformer and mat, and 15 shared hours for two named members who practise together.

  • One card per pass

The hours, what is included, what is not and who it suits, on each card.

  • Clear about what is out

The Mat/Reformer Pass says plainly that the Cadillac, chair and barrels are not part of it.

  • A pass for two

The Partner Pass shares its hours between two named members who book together.

  • Hours reset each month

The page explains that monthly hours reset and do not roll over.

Count in credits

One credit is one hour in the room.

Every hour on the site is counted the same way. A monthly pass brings a set number of hours, and an hourly practice pack is a block of hours to use within its validity period. On 13 October 2026 the packs were 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours, or a single hour.

  • The same unit everywhere

Passes, packs and the calendar all count in whole hours, one at a time or several in a row.

  • Packs with a clear life

On 13 October 2026 the page gave packs of 10 and 20 hours 60 days, and packs of 30 and 40 hours three months.

  • Cancel in time, keep the hour

The page explains the cancellation rule in one sentence: cancel more than 12 hours ahead and the hour comes back.

Pick your hours

A month calendar of the room’s free hours.

The Book tab draws the month and the room’s real free hours for every visitor. Pick a day, and its hours sit beside it.

  • The month at a glance

Pick a day on the month, then the hours you want beside it.

  • No names on the calendar

Taken hours show as a word, so the calendar never shows who is in the room.

  • Never booked twice

The booking database refuses two bookings that overlap, so one hour holds the whole room.

  • A request the studio confirms

For now the day, the hours and the activity go to the studio by email, and the studio confirms by email.

The studio’s own hours

The studio blocks hours for its own sessions, and the calendar keeps them off the free hours.

An admin for the studio

Bookings, passes and packs, resources, announcements and settings such as the cancellation cutoff, in one place.

A tab bar on the phone

Home, Book, Resources and Community sit at the foot of the screen on every page.

“Pick a day, pick your hours, and the room is yours.” The Practice Hub, on its home page.
